Kelompok Keahlian Energi dan Sistem Pemroses Teknik Kimia (KK-ESPTK) berada di bawah koordinasi Fakultas Teknologi Industri, Institut Teknologi Bandung. KK-ESPTK mengembangkan keahlian untuk membangun kerangka keilmuan dalam bidang teknologi dan manajemen konversi energi kimia dan pembangkitan energi di industri proses kimia. Kami menfokuskan diri pada:
- Pengembangan IPTEK pembangkitan energi berbasis biomassa dan batubara
- Pengembangan IPTEK pembangkitan energi melalui jalur elektrokimia
- Konservasi energi di industri proses kimia
- Pengembangan teknologi proses yang efisien dalam penggunaan material dan energi
Saat ini, KK-ESPTK didukung oleh 3 laboratorium keahlian dan 2 bengkel yaitu:
- Laboratorium Termofluida dan Sistem Utilitas
- Laboratorium Metodika Perancangan dan Pengendalian Proses
- Laboratorium Keselamatan Proses dan Elektrokimia Energetik
- Bengkel Logam
- Bengkel Gelas
